Servicor's Heavy Gauge Access Strip Systems are custom-made to fit any height or width of your area. Due to the thickness and weight of the material, side reinforcements, weighted hems, etc.are not required. Hung from Easy Mount™ powder coated steel angle equipped with nuts and bolts. Where needed a clean anodized aluminum flat bar with nut and bolt hardware is available.

Often high air pressure applications are better served by shortening the height of the strips, allowing air to escape beneath them. This is a simple process with Heavy Gauge Access Strips since they can be custom trimmed on site by the user and thus achieve the optimal air balance for the enclosure.

The standard overlap for each strip is 2”. Where a non-standard configuration is desired, the overlap can be changed as a special option.

Access Strips come in either 8” or 14” widths. 8” is recommended for passageways with widths of 4' or less. 14” strips are recommended for over areas 4' wide or over 10' high.

Servicor's ClearSheet™ Wall System gives you the benefit of having a divider custom made for your area. ClearSheet™ is ideal where pipes, conduits and other facilities equipment exists. The stiffness of the materials eliminates the needs for side reinforcements, weighted hems, etc. This allows you to easily cut around obstructions and gives you a customized fit.

Hung from EasyMount™ powder coated steel angle equipped with nuts and bolts. Where needed a clean anodized aluminum flat bar with nut and bolt hardware is available.

The standard overlap for each strip is 8”. Where a non-standard configuration is desired, the overlap can be changed as a special option.The amount of air supplied and the desired hanging characteristics of the wall will govern the amount of desired overlap. As the overlap increases, so will the rigidity of the wall itself.

Servicor's ClearShield™ System is constructed with light gauge flexible material that has a weighted bottom pocket and is hung to direct the flow of  air and fumes. ClearShield™ can be standard or custom-made using Servicor's Best Quality design. All Best Quality designs feature double reinforced edges to improve the overall durability of the material. To ensure proper hanging and balance, a continuous non-metallic flexible weight placed in the bottom hem pocket.

Uni-Lock™ attachment strip will be bonded along the top on the plastic material and then stitched using non-particulating monofilament thread to protect against separation. A powder coated steel angle equipped with Uni-Lock™ is utilized to suspend each ClearShield™.

The standard overlap for each ClearShield™ is 2. The amount of overlap desired is governed by the amount of air supplied and the access required. Where a non-standard configuration is desired, the overlap can be changed as a special option.

Three options are available for the sides of the ClearShield™. They are with magnetic strips, Uni-Lock™ or with snaps.

Servicor's Sliding Track Curtains have an unlimited variety of applications:

• Access Ways -  Curtains provide an excellent alternative to strip doors for access points.
• Environmental Separation –  Simply open or close the curtains to create newly defined work areas.
• Light Obstruction –  Equipped with a valance, curtains are effective in obstructing light transmission from one area to another.

Servicor's Sliding Track Curtains are custom-made using Servicor's Best Quality design. All Best Quality designs feature double reinforced edges to improve the overall durability of the material. To ensure proper hanging and balance, a continuous non-metallic flexible weight placed in the bottom hem pocket. Servicor's Sliding Track Curtain system consists of a curtain with reinforced grommets, attached to an anodized aluminum track with Nylon carriers to provide the smoothest gliding action with the least amount of particulation. Curtain tracks can be bent with a 12” radius for a 90 degree bend.

Servicor's Stretch Panels are custom made to fit your needs and are able to be cut in square, round or slanted shapes. Areas with pipes or other types of obstacles are very manageable with Servicor's Stretch Panels. Servicor's Stretch Panels are constructed with light  gauge flexible material. Uni-Lock™ attachment strips are bonded along all four sides of the plastic material. Corresponding Uni-Lock™ attachment strips are included for installation at your location. Special construction requirements can be achieved with Servicor's Stretch Panels.
