CLEANPAK Flush Modular Patented

Clean Suite Flexibility. Flush ceiling systems allow you to locate walls anyplace beneath the ceiling system–directly below the filters, grid extrusions, and even lights.

Factory Fabricated. Complete at our factory, Clean-Trak ceiling modules include lighting, lamps, ballasts, lenses, fire protection and pre-wired particle probes. Installation takes a fraction of the time, manpower and cost when compared to constructing a conventional stick-built system. 

The Best Uni-Directional Flow and Lowest Turbulence. Lab tests show that Clean-Trak's narrow grid provides the highest degree of uni-directional airflow throughout the cleanroom, particularly when compared with conventional cleanroom grids with teardrop lighting.

Improved Filter Access. Using only four simple factory-installed clips, attaching the patented CLEANPAK Clean-Screen to the grid is fast and easy. In turn, access to the filters is easy, and system start-up costs and certification times are greatly reduced.

Top Fluid Seals. Clean-Trak has superior top fluid seals to seal all penetrations and filters to the frame. O-rings seal the fire protection piping penetrations.

A Room-side Straight Load grid (bottom load filter) version is also available.  The knife-edge of the grid is continuously welded to form a secure and reliable seal.

Flush Stick-Built Patented

Flush stick-built systems combine the reliability and performance of Clean-Trak Modular Ceiling Systems, including flush lighting, built-in fire protection ports and patented Clean-Screen® diffusers with the flexibility of a stick-built ceiling system. 

Stick-built systems provide vertical flexibility where needed. They are extremely useful when shipping assembled modules is impractical and costly, especially in off-shore applications. Stick-Built can be used in conjunction with Clean-Trak Modules where fill-in is required for columns, stairwells, and perimeter areas.
