LEANPAK's Model D Fan Filter Unit incorporates a highly efficient backward curved plenum fan with a high-efficiency brushless DC motor.  These FFUs are available in standard 2'x4' and 4'x4' nominal sizes and also custom sizes. 

Our FFUs reduce operating costs and provide an unprecedented amount of monitoring and control features for seamless fab operation.  The technical bulletin contains a complete description of the units, power consumption and control system.  The installation manual contains the methodology for attaching the control system.  We supply pre-manufactured patch cables for the simplest control hookup—just snap them together.  For the control side, CLEANPAK supplies a complete package, which includes the software, PC, hardware and system commissioning.
